The 2017 Lineup Is Here!

The time has come where we can finally share the news of the 2017 Country Fest Lineup! We have all been patiently waiting, and can finally give a big “hell yes!” as we read through the entire list of amazing artists.

The surprise drop was announced live on Hot Country B95, with our multiple award-winning headliners including Blake Shelton, Eric Church, Thomas Rhett, and Alabama.

After recently announcing his 2017 tour with Raelynn and snagging his second trophy for Favorite Country Male at the 2016 American Music Awards, Blake will be returning to our main stage after a long three year span. Shelton’s new single “A Guy With A Girl” is currently climbing the charts, and is his third single from his new album If I’m Honest. The album has already produced the hit singles “Came Here To Forget” and “She’s Got A Way With Words” as well as three songs Shelton wrote himself including “Savior’s Shadow,” ” Friends,” and “Go Ahead And Break My Heart.”

There has been an explosion of excitement over the Chief taking the stage at Fest this year. Eric Church has been busy announcing his “Holdin’ My Own” tour which is scheduled to start early next year, and taking home the 2016 CMA Album of the Year for his latest release “Mr. Misunderstood.” He has also partaken in a multitude of campaign events including performing at the AT&T Stadium during halftime of the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game against the Washington Redskins, kicking off The Salvation Army’s annual Red Kettle Campaign as well as donating one million dollars on behalf of his Chief Care Foundation to the JDRF at the JDRF Hope Gala that was held in Charlotte, NC.

Thomas Rhett has gone from the promised next big thing to actually being it. He recently announced his 2017 HOME TEAM TOUR, traveling with special guest Kelsea Ballerini, and up-and-comers Russell Dickerson and Ryan Hurd. His sophomore album, Tangled Up, has yielded three chart-toppers, including the 2x Platinum “Die a Happy Man” as well as Platinum “T-Shirt” and “Crash and Burn.” Rhett has also acquired two CMA nominations for “Die A Happy Man” after earning a Billboard Music Award for “Top Country Song” along with ACM and ACCA for “Single Record of the Year.” All we can say is, we’re going to “Party like we’re on vacation” when Thomas Rhett hits our main stage next summer.

Alabama is a band that one will never forget. Formed almost 50 years ago, the band has decided to return to our stage once again, for the first time in 18 years. Their major success came in the 80’s, where the band had 27 number one hits, received numerous awards, and had seven multi-platinum albums. Beginning the streak of number one hits was “Tennessee River” followed by “Love in the First Degree,” “Mountain Music,” “Dixieland Delight,” “If You’re Gonna Play in Texas (You Gotta Have a Fiddle in the Band,” and “Song of the South.” They continued to produce hit singles and multi-platinum albums throughout the 90s, and eventually disbanded in 2006 after their farewell tour. They rejoined, however, in 2010 and boy are we glad they did so we can boot stomp along to all our favorites when they take the stage again next summer.

2017 Country Fest’s lineup continues to draw excitement as one’s eyes moves down the list of artists, including fan favorites Chris Young, Dan + Shay, Brothers Osborne, Wynonna and the Big Noise, and The Oak Ridge Boys. Country music sensations Cam, The Cadillac Three, William Michael Morgan. Tucker Beathard, Brandy Clark, Drake White and the Big Fire, Ryan Hurd and many more will also hit the stage this next summer.
