Country Fest Artists Rake In ACM Award Nominations

What an incredibly successful year for Country Fest 2016 artists!  Radio waves are blasting the talent that fills our June lineup and we’re proud to see so many of them acknowledged with prestigious awards.

Announced just this morning, eight of the musicians/groups joining us in Cadott this year have been nominated for Academy of Country Music Awards.

The nominees include:

Dierks Bentley – Male Vocalist of the Year, Video of the Year (Riser)

Carrie Underwood – Female Vocalist of the Year

Kenny Chesney – Vocal Event of the Year (Wild Child w/ Grace Potter)

Sam Hunt – Album of the Year (Montevallo), Single Record of the Year (Take Your Time)

Chase Rice – New Male Vocalist of the Year

Jana Kramer – Female Vocalist of the Year

Maddie & Tae – Vocal Duo of the Year, New Vocal Duo of the Year

Old Dominion – Vocal Group of the Year, New Vocal Group of the Year

Bentley will be joining Luke Bryan to co-host the 51st ACM Awards, which you’ll see Sunday, April 3, 2016 at 7:00 PM CT on CBS.  Don’t miss it!
