Your Club Card Questions, Answered!
Country Fest has sent out a few emails about Country Club Cards and there’s also this blog post with information about Club Cards. While there is still time to renew your campsites, we wanted to answer some of the great questions we’ve been getting over the last week and a half.
This week’s commonly-asked Country Club Card questions:
Q: When can I buy 3-Day General Admission?
A: Today. If you have a Country Club Card, you can buy 3-Day GA tickets for $99 now. Only Club Card members get access to this deal by calling in to our office, 800-326-3378, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm CST.
Q: How much longer will I be able to renew my campsites?
A: You have until Friday, Sept. 14, 2018 to renew your same campsites. After that, every site is up for grabs for Club Card Members to take over. Then, campsites won’t be available for sale until general on-sale for anyone to purchase.
Q: Do I need to have a 2019 Country Club Card to renew my sites?
A: You need either a 2018 or 2019 Country Club Card per site you want to renew. If you have a 2018 Country Club Card, you don’t have to purchase a 2019 Club Card unless you want all the perks that go along with it. Read more about those perks in this blog post.
Q: When can I add campsites/move my campsites?
A: Buy more sites or move your sites Monday, Sept. 17-Friday, Sept. 28, 2018. This is the time to add one or two sites to your existing block, or relocate your entire block to available rows. Just call our office at 800-326-3378 during our office hours.
Q: How do I confirm my purchase?
A: You should get a confirmation email from See Tickets, sent to the email address you gave us when placing your order. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, check your junk mail or spam folders. You can log in to your See Tickets account, visit www.seetickets.us and log in using that email address.
