Carrie Underwood & Sam Hunt to Perform at 2016 Grammys
**Update: On Wednesday, the Recording Academy confirmed that Grammy nominee Sam Hunt WILL duet with seven-time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood at the 58th Annual Grammys on February 15!
Two of the biggest artists coming to Country Fest 2016 are scheduled to make a splash at the Grammys this year!
Over the weekend, it was confirmed that Carrie Underwood will be taking the stage at the massive music event next month.
“Underwood’s latest single is “Heartbeat” so it seems likely that is what she’ll perform during the Feb. 15 ceremony. Rumor has it that Sam Hunt will join her — he sings backup vocals on the studio track and is up for two awards that night. He’s also listed as a performer, though it isn’t clear he and Underwood will sing together.” (tasteofcountry.com)
Underwood is also up for some hardware at the awards show, as her “Little Toy Guns” was nominated for Best Country Solo Performance. Meanwhile, Hunt has been nominated for Best New Artist, all-genre and Best Country Album for Montevallo.
Mark your calendars now! The Grammy Awards will air on CBS on February 15, starting at 7:00 P.M.
